Quality Assurance
At Zeel Max Metal components we manufacture, from the simple to the most difficult, highly technical parts go through stringent checking process to ensure that our customers only receive deliveries that are defect free. Our quality assurance system is a way of preventing mistakes or defects in our products.
Two of our main assurance principles are: "Fit for purpose", the product should be suitable for the customers intended purpose; and "Right first time", mistakes should be eliminated.
We ensure quality assurance is used in the management of the quality of raw materials, production of components, services relating to the production and management, production and inspection processes.

Quality is taken for granted in this day and age. At Zeel Max Metal we ensure that for our customers, only quality of the very highest level is acceptable. We are able to continually produce high quality parts because we like to focus on a continual improvement philosophy that has been ingrained into the way our business functions.
